We run on EU-only infrastructure, never reuse client data to train third-party models, enforce per-file isolation and full audit logging. On the EU AI Act side, the AI literacy duty for professional deployers (Article 4) has been in force since 2 February 2025 and is built into our rollout plan; rules on high-risk systems apply from August 2026. On the B2B e-invoicing side, reception via Partner Dematerialization Platforms (PDPs) certified by the French tax authority is mandatory from 1 September 2026, with staggered issuance through September 2027.
