Tenant and co-owner data hosted in France or the EU on ISO 27001-certified providers (SecNumCloud on request), GDPR-compliant. Arrears scoring is treated as a high-risk system under Annex III §5 of the EU AI Act: internal registry, mandatory human oversight before any enforcement action, full logging, and tenant information compliant with GDPR (art. 22 on automated decisions).
