Guest data (passport, card, preferences) hosted in France or the EU, GDPR-compliant. Dematerialised individual police form compliant with articles R.611-42 et seq. of the French CESEDA (Decree 2015-1002 of 18 August 2015). Rate parity guardrails active across every channel to preserve your OTA contracts. The deployed models are, on analysis, outside the AI Act's «high-risk» scope; classification confirmed in the DPIA delivered at the start of the mission. Invoicing aligned with applicable VAT rates (10 % for room and breakfast, other rates for F&B, bar and ancillary services).
